Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. As a general guide, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery within Australia. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as some items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by destination and shown at checkout: New Zealand $18, Asia (including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and South Korea) $25, United States and Canada $30, United Kingdom and Europe $35, and rest of world $40. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can help.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
