Refund policy

We want you to love your Bempowered products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at belindafurletti@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process, including where to send your package.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products unless they are faulty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at belindafurletti@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
