Using your chakra roll on blends to balancing your chakras through guided meditation.

To use all seven chakra oil blends during meditation, follow these general steps:

  1. Begin by selecting a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down and meditate without interruption.

  2. Set your intention for the meditation, whether it be to balance and activate all seven chakras or to focus on a specific intention for each chakra.

  3. Starting with the Root Chakra Blend, roll the oil onto the base of your spine or the soles of your feet. Gently massage the oil into your skin using circular motions, then take a few deep breaths and focus your attention on the corresponding chakra.

  4. Repeat this process for each of the seven chakras, working your way up the body in ascending order:

  • Sacral Chakra Blend: roll onto the lower abdomen or lower back

  • Solar Plexus Chakra Blend: roll onto the upper abdomen or solar plexus

  • Heart Chakra Blend: roll onto the chest or heart centre

  • Throat Chakra Blend: roll onto the throat or base of the neck

  • Third Eye Chakra Blend: roll onto the forehead or third eye centre

  • Crown Chakra Blend: roll onto the top of the head or crown

  1. Once you have applied all seven chakra blends, take a few deep breaths and focus your attention on each of the chakras in turn, visualising the energy of each chakra flowing freely and smoothly.

  2. Begin your meditation practice, focusing your attention on each chakra in turn and the intention you set for each one. You may choose to use a guided meditation or simply focus on your breath and the sensations in your body.

  3. After your meditation practice, take a few more deep breaths and ground yourself by focusing on your connection to the earth.

It's important to note that everyone's experience with chakra blends and meditation may be different, and you may find that you prefer to use your chakra blends in different ways. Experiment with different techniques and listen to your body to find what works best for you.
