These terms apply when you use this website and buy from Bempowered Oils and Skincare, trading as Bempowered Oils (ABN 32 660 919 604). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our products are cosmetics and aromatherapy items for external use. Descriptions, colours and scents are provided as accurately as possible; because items are handmade in small batches, slight natural variation can occur. Always patch test and follow the cautions on each product page. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Pricing & orders

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Bempowered Oils is not registered for GST, so prices do not include GST. We may update prices and product availability at any time. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order; if we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund it.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers. By ordering, you confirm you’re authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and product descriptions — belongs to Bempowered and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Our products and this site are provided in good faith. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price.
