We want you to be happy with your Bempowered order. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — nothing here limits those rights.
Change of mind
Because our products are made by hand in small batches and are skincare/personal-care items, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Belindafurletti@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return postage
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the returned item.
